Toyon Welcomes Susan McCabe
Toyon Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Ms. Susan McCabe has recently joined Toyon as Vice President, Outsourced Reimbursement Services.
Susan brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to Toyon; most recently as the Director of Revenue Management and Reporting overseeing various aspects of the Revenue Cycle, Reimbursement and Accounting for Sutter Health’s 25 hospitals and 7 physician groups. Her team’s responsibilities included Reimbursement and Appeals, Accounts Receivable Valuation, Managed Care Accounting, Revenue Integrity for hospitals and physician groups, and Charge Setting and Charge Capture Services.
Ms. McCabe leads Toyon’s emerging Outsourced Reimbursement Services division focused on helping Health Care Organizations address the increasing challenges of the loss of skilled staff through retirement. Susan specializes in the standardization of complex health systems’ information flow that improves efficiencies and reporting. Toyon’s continued development of software solutions helps clients expertly navigate the complex world of government regulations with multifaceted expertise.
