As the Public Health Emergency (PHE) unfolds, Toyon continues to team with healthcare leaders across the country providing resources, reviewing provider eligibility for Public Health and Social Services Emergency Funding (PHSSEF), and evaluating allowable forms of cost and revenue loss. Toyon’s evaluation is in lockstep with each HHS release of general and targeting funding, as well as the frequently asked questions.
