Glenn S. Bunting, Vice President-Appeal Services, brings over 20 years of healthcare finance experience to Toyon Associates Inc. Mr. Bunting specializes in Medicare/Medicaid Appeals and Cost Report Review. By assessing current and prior year cost reports, Mr. Bunting's team identifies viable areas of revenue recovery.

Prior to joining Toyon Associates, Mr. Bunting served as an auditor within both the Medicare Administration and the Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development. This fundamental knowledge of auditing allows Mr. Bunting to identify government reimbursement that has been overlooked and to expedite his clients' appeals.

Mr. Bunting works closely with the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) and the Fiscal Intermediary (FI) to resolve cases before they reach the hearing stage. He successfully pursues government funding that has been taken away through audit adjustments. Each year, Mr. Bunting recoups millions of dollars for his clients.
